Protected materials include original website layouts, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP code, Joomla templates and extensions, WordPress themes and plugins, documentation, graphics, icons and PayoThemes branding assets.
Unauthorized use
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, republication, resale, leaking or sharing of protected PayoThemes products or source materials is prohibited except where an applicable license explicitly permits the use.
Third-party trademarks and assets
Third-party trademarks, service names and assets remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a product description or integration notice does not transfer ownership to PayoThemes.
Demo content
Live demos can contain third-party photos, videos, fonts or sample materials used only to demonstrate the design. Such assets may require separate licenses and may not be included in a downloadable package.
License and usage
Purchasing a product grants the usage rights described by that product license; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying PayoThemes intellectual property.
