Terms for using PayoThemes products and services.
By accessing or using this website, purchasing a product or requesting a service, you agree to the applicable terms described below and to the specific terms shown with the product or service at the time of purchase.
Products & licensing
WordPress themes, Joomla templates, plugins, extensions, graphics, code, documentation and other digital products made available by PayoThemes are protected intellectual property. Purchased products may be used only according to the license provided with the product or checkout offer. Redistribution, resale, leaking, sharing or unauthorized reproduction of the downloadable product is prohibited.
Demo content
Images, text, videos and other assets shown in live demos are provided for preview purposes. Third-party demo assets may require their own license and are not automatically licensed for use on a production website unless explicitly stated.
Support & updates
Updates and support are provided according to the period and scope shown on the product page or purchase offer. Product support covers product-related issues and normal usage guidance. Customization, custom development and problems caused by unrelated third-party modifications are not included unless separately agreed.
Services
Custom development, security cleanup, performance work and other services are delivered according to the agreed scope. Additional requirements outside that scope may require a revised quote or separate work.
Account and license responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account, license and access information secure and for the activity performed using those credentials.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, products or services, including unauthorized redistribution, deliberate interference with the service, malicious use, or attempts to exploit protected systems or delivery mechanisms.
Third-party services
Products may integrate with third-party platforms, plugins, frameworks, ecommerce systems, analytics providers or payment services. PayoThemes is not responsible for changes, outages or defects in third-party services outside our control.
Checkout & payments
Digital-product checkout is processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for transactions completed through its checkout and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, chargebacks and related transaction compliance under its buyer terms. PayoThemes remains the product supplier and provides the product license, downloads, updates and support described by the applicable offer.
Refunds for digital products
Because downloadable products are digital goods delivered after purchase, refund requests are considered in cases where a product is proven to be defective and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable support. Any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PayoThemes is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use a product, service or website. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before updates, custom work or technical changes.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when products, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this website applies from its publication date.
